Our client with substantial funding behind is rapidly growing! Their are proud to be a market leader in the gaming industry. They have offices in Lisbon, Malta and Sofia. You can work in any of these locations or on a remote basis. Their main purpose is to create unique platform services and user experience.

The Integrations Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting integrations with a variety of systems, platforms, and tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate business requirements and implementation of API solutions that align with our current systems.

  • Offer technical support and troubleshoot integration issues, both inbound and outbound. This includes updating and upgrading existing integrations, as well as developing new integrations as needed.

  • Continuously optimize the performance and scalability of our systems.

  • Ensure the implementation of robust security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand their integration requirements.

  • Design and implement efficient, scalable, and reliable integrations.

  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in integration technologies.

  • Develop comprehensive specifications and documentation.

  • Actively participate in all stages of the software development process.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a LEMP environment.

  • Strong proficiency in PHP programming

  • Thorough understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and REST API design

  • Experience working in high-load environments and with API infrastructure.

  • Excellent knowledge of MySQL and the ability to write optimized queries, as well as experience architecting data solutions for high-concurrency environments.

  • Basic understanding of Linux systems.

  • Fundamental knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, AJAX and CSS. 

  • Proficiency in using code versioning tools like GIT.

  • Demonstrated experience with API integrations and transactional workflows is a must, and experience in the betting and gambling industries is an added asset.

  • Strong teamwork skills, as the ability to work effectively as part of a team, is essential.

  • Ability to think outside the box and work efficiently in fast-paced environments

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Self-motivated, with a desire for continuous learning and personal growth

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
