Reporting directly to the CEO, as Senior Business Development Manager, you will have the chance to be in at the ground level in a forward-thinking and dynamic company, genuinely intent on disrupting a stagnant sector dominated by few players.

Our client has spent approximately 20 months and several million pounds building out its own real-time, online age & identity validation platform that services site owners seeking online verification of its users if they offer an age-restricted product or service.

Their vision is to create the largest age-verified userbase in the world. A base built by industry, for industry.

The company has three promises at its core that it believes will catapult it to the head of the market for AV-Tech:

Better - By integrating more data sources than anyone in the market including 2 exclusive sources that are going to ensure that AV Success ratios well exceed 90% 

Faster - By encrypting & storing user validated info they are able to look up user information on their own database much faster if a revisiting user hits their system than if they were to do another 3rd party check.

Cheaper - Their solution is currently free to operators and their vision is to keep it that way.

There are a number of additional benefits that stand them significantly apart from their namesakes such as how they can truly further aid registration ratios and also how they dramatically reduce initial AML investigatory workload. 

They have a significant product in development that will further add to its success ratio percentages without the operator or user having to do almost anything. They hope to announce this partnership in the Spring. 

Progress to date: The company exhibited at ICE 2020 as its soft launch and while it’s original intention was to seek small to medium size operators to begin testing deals with, it has agreed on tests with companies who’s profile exceed its original expectation.

The main reason for its early adoption success and likely stickiness of the service post-tests lie in the detail of its core values.

Together with a small team (15 in total), located in London and Kyiv consisting largely of management and tech; the company is now seeking to hire a dedicated sales force across several key verticals the company has identified large scale opportunities in, including Gambling.

A hunter at your core, with a drive and genuine passion for making large scale, and often career-defining deals, you will be responsible for the primary roll-out of our solution in the gambling sector so you MUST hold an exceptional contact network and ability to arrange meetings with top execs within the industry.

Selling the solution will put you in front of some of the most senior personnel at an operator where you will have the opportunity to genuinely add millions in additional revenue by offering them a solution that guarantees to improve AV success ratios while at the same tie, saving them significant costs.
