An innovating iGaming business in Malta is looking to hire a talented Affiliate Manager!
 

What will you be doing?

As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for the acquisition, management, and retention of the affiliate’s accounts of the company.

 

Accountabilities:

  • Researching, acquiring and on-boarding affiliates across all markets.
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with your assigned affiliate portfolio.
  • Monitoring and follow-up affiliates continuously to ensure brand visibility.
  • Evaluating and building reports on affiliates’ performances to measure effectiveness and ensure profitability.
  • Monitor the ROI to ensure commercial efficiency.
  • Identifying and reporting any irregularities, such as fraudulent delivered traffic from affiliates.
  • Following up and monitoring the affiliate’s commission payments.
  • Build strong internal connections to ensure collaboration between the various departments.
  • Follow any legal changes/requirements and make sure all affiliates are compliant.
  • Fulfil department and personal KPI’s as delivered by management.
  • Monitor the affiliate’s marketing spend to ensure is in line with the budgets.
  • Plan and execute affiliate campaigns/activities and assist in marketing and sales activities such as events/seminars/conferences or other.
  • Be available to work evenings and weekends depending on business requirements (when applicable).

 

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Affiliate Manager role within the iGaming industry.
  • You have strong negotiation skills combined with hunger and drive.
  • You are able to work as part of a team but also on own initiative.
  • You can work under pressure and ensure timely delivery and flawless quality on all tasks handled.
  • You have strong written and verbal, English communication skills. (knowledge in another language is considered an advantage).
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills.
  • You are flexible and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, such as Excel and Power Point.
