This company is one of the most established company's in its field and well known in the Gaming sector for providing a world class service to its clients. Established for decades, this company is still growing, particularly in Europe, within the on-line gaming sector. This is a genuine opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career with a reasonably sized international business, where the company is not so big that you are just a number.
Reporting to a Global Sales Director and based remotely anywhere in Europe, you will initially be responsible for managing, coaching and developing an experienced team of four Business Development Managers - with a remit to grow the team. Your focus, geographically speaking will be Europe. As you would expect , you will be required to travel (when things get back to normal , about 1 trip a month) to the usual iGaming conferences and to work with your team who live in various European locations.
To be considered for the role, candidates must have solid people management and new business development experience within the iGaming sector. Candidates that have a proven track record of promoting a service will be of most interest. You will be attracted to a company culture that is not too formal and where team members are driven, passionate, open and transparent.
