We are recruiting for a Regional Commercial Director for LATAM.
You will be accountable for starting up and growing the LATAM business, delivering our Latin American business outcomes. The successful candidate will be required to own P&L and operations from day one of launch and will be responsible for hiring a team and setting up the business structure. The goal is to take the business from market entry to a podium position. The role can be based remote anywhere in LATAM.

The role will require frequent travel to Dubai to liaise with central group functions and the wider Latin America and International team.
This role may require you to support other countries or regions as our business develops.
 
Key Responsibilities:

•    P&L responsibility
•    Define our local business and operational goals and define the strategy to achieve them alongside the COO
•    Determine business plans and manage budget allocation to achieve financial targets
•    Build a locally based team, defining goals and processes with centrally based customer facing teams to execute our business plans
•    Define our brand and messaging hierarchy and work with our central marketing team to produce creative
•    Work with media partners and our central marketing team to define and deliver our marketing mix
•    Build and manage commercial relationships with our local B2B partners and local regulators
•    Work with our Insights team to understand drivers of performance and evolve goals & decisions accordingly
•    Work with the Latin America leadership team to refine our strategy for the broader Latin America business
 
Education, Qualifications & Experience:

•    Deep experience in managing a digital business and ideally igaming / gambling experience
•    Top class numeracy and analytical skills
•    Entrepreneurial hands on spirit
•    Experience in working in a start-up environment
•    Experience in building and leading a diverse team
•    Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
•    Strategic thinker with ability to define actionable plans
•    Must be fluent in both English and /or Spanish / Portuguese
•    Previous experience in the gambling sector is preferable but not essential
