An international client of software development is expanding its fast-growing Operations team in Bucharest, Romania and it's looking for a QA team lead.
As a QA team lead you will develop effective and efficient methods, maintain documentation throughout the QA process, and communicate with different teams to provide a reliable, consistent, and positive end user experience.
Your responsibilities include:
Plan, write, manage and execute the test plan of related versions (Android, iOS, Web).
Perform functional tests, user tests, integration tests and pressure tests.
Reproducing, tracking, repairing and checking on related problems.
Formulation of relevant test specifications and work schedule arrangement.
Manage, optimize, accept and evaluate the overall QA department.
Communication with relevant teams and departments.
At least 5 years related experience in QA lead position.
Experience working with stakeholders in the gaming industry.
Familiar with online BC games.
The ability to develop automated test tools is a plus.
Detail-oriented, uphold quality control as the principle.
Ability to demonstrate leadership, drive results, solve problems, and possess interpersonal skills from prior work situations.
Familiar with agile software development.
