My Client in the Online Payments industry is looking for a Project Manager Office Lead to join their team in Budapest.
You will be responsible for coordinating the work of 5-6 Project Managers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the Processing Center implementation projects
- Works diligently to ensure that project deliverables match agreed-upon schedule, scope and cost dimensions
- Depending on resource needs and situation manages project(s) directly
- Drafts and revises business cases, project plans, statements of works and vendor provided artefacts, highlighting potential issues and dependencies and recommend ways for ensuring success;
- Prepares presentation and briefing material, status reports for customer divisions, the Senior Management or any other stakeholder groups;
- Ensures that systems requirements analysis provides sufficient formality and records for effectively communicating, coordinating, executing and quality assuring tasks between many onsite and offsite contributors if applicable
- Manages the projects’ budget, allocates PM and monitors expenditures and costs against this budget and delivering to agreed costs, like:
- To provide the Projects Financial Analysis with an accurate financial model of projected benefits (Project Finance, ROI analysis)
- To maintain Projects Status information, providing with up-to-date project information
- To inform the Project Sponsor with latest project progress, by identifying/resolving potential roadblocks and exploring other potential projects opportunities
- Maintains and develops relationships with existing and potential subcontractors
- Carries out post implementation reviews of programs / projects to ensure that original goals / requirements are being met
- Provides weekly status reports to the clients and BPC Management
- Identifies project risks and mitigate them (Risk Management)
- Develops and maintains project standards and processes within the organization
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of the card payment industry (Preferred)
- Technical knowledge of project, programme and portfolio management techniques and methodologies (e.g. PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile
- Organized, fast paced, process oriented and flexible – willingness to assume multiple roles and tasks to meet changing business needs;
- Excellent writing and presentation skills in both Hungarian and English languages;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships and communicate with colleagues at all levels across the organization;
- Highly developed cultural sensitivity in communicating with all levels of staff and external clients, both orally and in writing;
- Good problem-solving aptitude and creativity;
