Responsibilities Understand and analyse industry trends and competitive landscape to identify implications for the business Execute and deliver Market Intelligence projects involving competitive analysis and benchmarking, player analysis and profiling, market / industry trend analysis etc. to identify business opportunities and drive business planning and decision making Assist in preparing regular reports (e.g. through data extraction from database, liaison with third parties, consolidating findings from market research etc.), research findings and recommendation presentation materials Support the monitoring and tracking of KPIs and business performance, conduct root cause analysis and recommend remedial actions Work with stakeholders to understand and assess needs and requirements Support meeting coordination and meeting note taking Co-ordination of strategic actions across different business units Requirements University graduate with a degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing or related discipline Experience in consulting or market / business analysis preferred Good stakeholder communication skills and the ability to take a consultative approach to relationship building Strong business writing and presentation skills with ability to story-tell insights through data collated Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Good business and numerical sense Analytical, detail-orientated and has intellectual curiosity Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
