The Role

An established business in the i-Gaming sector is looking to hire a Player Protection Supervisor.

In this position you will be communicating with high value clients in order to carry out enhanced due diligence on this group of clients. You will possess excellent communication skills in order to request sensitive documentation and information from these clients; you will also be confident in evaluating the information received and escalating where appropriate to senior internal stakeholders. You will also have supervisory responsibility for a Player Protection Assistant, ensuring effective monitoring of the wider client base, reaching out to clients who may be showing signs of problem gambling and collating up to date financial information from active clients when necessary; you will be expected to be fully involved in these processes as well when required.


  • Experience of UK consumer compliance, specifically gambling or financial service. Experience of other industries may be considered
  • The ability to communicate effectively both digitally and by phone, especially with vulnerable clients or in challenging situations and regarding sensitive financially-related issues
  • Experience (or familiarity) with UK anti-money laundering and/or responsible gambling regulation would be beneficial
  • Experience working with data analysis tools such as Tableau Software
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage, influence and consult with stakeholders with various requirements and priorities.
