An exciting international group of Companies in the iGaming sector is looking to hire a talented Player Protection Assistant for the office located in London.
You will identify clients who may be showing signs of problem gambling, you will be responsible for communicating with these clients. In addition, you will be required to contact active customers to request sensitive financial information. You will also be asked to assist the Player Protection Supervisor.
Your main responsibilities will be across Customers Analysis and Interventions, Affordability checking, HVCs, New account Analysis, Respond to Safer Gambling queries, Regulatory awareness etc.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has already experience in iGaming and has a good knowledge of Responsible Gambling and/or UK anti-money laundering, experience of UK consumer compliance, specifically gambling.
