Our client is one of the fastest growing and, most innovative players in the betting & gaming industry, handling over £20 Billion in trading volume since they started in 2010. They are currently seeking a People Manager to play a key role in their internal People team as they go through an exciting period of significant growth. This role will report directly into the Head of People.
This role will be responsible for the providing support for employees across all functions, as well as maintaining and handling relations with employees with the companies values, culture, people processes and policies in mind.
- 4+ years experience in a technology driven company as an in house people practitioner.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment whilst still maintaining a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Experience in handling Employee Relationship cases.
