Job Overview

The role is an Operations Manager who will report directly to the CEO.  It will be your job to drive to the highest operational excellence and define roadmaps in partnerships with all teams.

This role will be based in Ireland (remote), this role requires hands-on and strategic, ensuring the best practices and compliance are followed by teams across the different locations. It will also be your role to establish processes in order to ensure teams acquire an in depth knowledge of all tools, platforms and products.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective team collaboration between operations team, sportsbook and casino product teams, CRM, marketing, affiliate and customer engagement teams
  • Deliver effective daily operations regarding business/technical inquiries with internal and external parties
  • Evaluate the work process in cross functional teams, find the gaps and facilitate process improvement 
  • Responsible for overall project management from initiating, planning, execution, monitoring till closing and managing allocated resources
  • Coordinate on-site content updates including promotions and marketing banners
  • Responsible for upcoming roadmap of deliverable updates and features to the product and services, QA and rollout of improved functionalities
  • Evaluating new opportunities for product and services enhancements and partnerships

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven Operations management experience and excellent leadership skills with the confidence to build, structure, lead and manage high performance teams
  • iGaming experience with sportsbook and casino required
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated history of building relationships across different groups
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity combined with big-picture thinking and exceptional problem solving skill
