The responsibilities of the successful candidate will be:
? Lead and manage the gaming operations division of the business, including the Customer Support, Risk Fraud and Payments teams
? Ensure that day-to-day operations are running smoothly and all tasks are completed at a high standard
? Work closely with Compliance and Finance teams to ensure smooth running of the day to day business
? Work closely with the Customer Success team to increase customer satisfaction and lifetime value
? Define KPI’s to achieve operational excellence
? Lead the hiring process for the operations division
? Liaise with external suppliers to ensure that external tooling and services are available to the business
? Regularly report to management and raise any risks or urgent issues The ideal candidate for this position has:
? Proven record of 3+ years leadership experience, preferably in a scaleup environment
? Experience in responsible gaming and anti-money laundering
? High level of motivation to build a word-class operations team
