Operations Manager

Responsible for running the day to day operational activities according to the brand vision and strategy generating growth towards set KPI’s to meet agreed company objectives.

  • Planning marketing campaigns
  • Activate, retain & reactivate customers
  • Overseeing marketing, advertising, and promotional material
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as VIP, Customer Support and Payments department
  • Involved in the recruitment and training for the team


Must have / be:

  • Min. 2 years’ experience in a marketing particularly in a CRM role within the gaming industry (Casino and/or sportsbook)
  • Native German speaker
  • Fluency both spoke and written of the English language
  • An understanding of customer lifecycle and bonus costs.
