Responsible for running the day to day operational activities according to the brand vision and strategy generating growth towards set KPI’s to meet agreed company objectives.
- Planning marketing campaigns
- Activate, retain & reactivate customers
- Overseeing marketing, advertising, and promotional material
- Liaise with internal stakeholders such as VIP, Customer Support and Payments department
- Involved in the recruitment and training for the team
Must have / be:
- Min. 2 years’ experience in a marketing particularly in a CRM role within the gaming industry (Casino and/or sportsbook)
- Native German speaker
- Fluency both spoke and written of the English language
- An understanding of customer lifecycle and bonus costs.
