Summary:

One of the leading sports betting companies is looking for a New Business & Player Acquisition Manager to join the VIP Department. This individual will have experience acquiring new VIP accounts, host events for potential VIPs, and experience working in the gambling industry. Responsibilities:

Developing strategic approaches to acquiring and onboarding new VIP accounts.

Identifying potential VIP accounts in our current ecosystem.

Achieving individual KPI based goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Implement strategies to earn a higher market share in our operating regions.

Efficiently acquire new business in expansion into new territories.

Plan, execute, and host in-person events to recruit and onboard new VIP accounts.

Travel to meet with accounts in-person occasionally.

Other duties as required.

 

Requirements:

4+ years of VIP/Key Account Growth/Sales Acquisition/Loyalty Marketing or equivalent.

Passionate and knowledgeable about American sports and American sports betting.

Proven success with high-end user acquisition and conversion.

The ability to generate, maintain, and capitalize on a sustainable funnel of new business at a healthy rate.

Strong understanding of key sports betting metrics from both a micro and macro perspective.

Optimistic and driven with a problem-solving attitude.

Ability to successfully plan, execute, fully staff and host in-person events with potential clients.

Experience with strategically utilizing a company budget.

Moderate travel.
