This person will be creating best in business retention marketing campaigns across all retention and CRM avenues across all clients. They will get involved in the full 360 end to end retention campaign planning and will have the responsibility to make sure they are running on budget and also to the schedule. They will use a data led approach to campaigns be constantly analysing and optimising these campaigns going forward. This person will be involved in managing the bonus spend budget and ensure campaigns are running to target. They will work across retention conversion, lifecycle management, customer segmentation, loyalty management , churn prevention and player value.
