What you’ll do
Define merchant platform product strategies and roadmap to align with business direction and company vision
Manage a team of merchant product managers and lead the ideation, development, launching and iteration of product features
Work closely with engineers, designers and related parties to ensure delivery of high-quality
Participate in discussion with business teams and contribute to decision making from product perspective
Collect and analyse feedback from stakeholders, users and other related parties to identify needs and provide solutions
What you’ll need
Proven product management experiences in supply, distribution, or other 2B related products for 6+ years, with team/people management for 3+ years, preferably in travel and/or E-commerce
Proactive, logical, strategic and efficiency driven. Strong business acumen
Deep understanding of team and people management. Able to lead a team to achieve goals
Experiences in API platform design and/or integrations is a plus
Excellent cross function collaboration, stakeholder management and project management skills
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must.
Frequent travel to SZ required
