KEY AFFILIATE ACCOUNT MANAGER | ACQUISITION MARKETING

A fast growing iGaming business is looking for a Key Affiliate Account Manager to onboard new affiliates and maintain a robust relationship them and the existing ones.
The main focus of this role will be on the company's casino gaming brands, and will involve identifying potential new affiliate partners, promoting the company's industry leading affiliate program to them, and effectively managing the on-going relationship with the business's key affiliate partners.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Developing and pro-actively managing a portfolio of key client affiliate marketing programs ensuring you have in-depth understanding of the financial value of your portfolio.
  • Acquisition, retention and activation of new affiliates and partnerships.
  • Negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements with key partners.
  • Identifying new client opportunities.
  • Analysis of campaigns, reporting ROI results & devising strategies to move forward.
  • Monitoring and analysing results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports - Conversion rates optimisation.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact which will include face to face meetings, telephone and email communication.
  • Proactively managing your online marketing budget.
  • Developing and maintaining market leading industry knowledge of affiliate marketing to assist with delivering a top level service.
  • Working with numerical data presented in a variety of reports and spreadsheets.



Skills & Experience Required:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an iGaming affiliate account manager or affiliate marketer.
  • Fluent English – both written and spoken.


Desirable Criteria:
•    Experience with Revenue share and CPA (Cost Per Action) payment models.
•    Previous online media buying experience.
