An affiliate business that focuses on the US market are looking for a Junior Affiliate Manager to join their international team on a remote base

This position will be a combination of Administrator and Junior Account Manager for the business Affiliate Team.  You will assist the Affiliate Program Director and Senior Affiliate Managers on day-to-day tasks as well as your own initiatives.  You will aggressively explore and search for new affiliate relationships to reach across their multiple brands and product channels.  You will be managing requests from affiliates and strategizing on a daily basis.  The right candidate must thrive in a cross functional, and face paced environment, be self-motivated and excel at ongoing relationship building and campaign analysis.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Assist Affiliate Managers with reports along with weekly and monthly tasks.
  • Answer any questions and inquiries within the Affiliate Program’s email support queue.
  • Load creatives and marketing materials in the MyAffiliates backend.
  • Work with affiliate partners to optimize both revenue and placements on their websites.
  • Help meet and exceed monthly growth and revenue targets
  • Troubleshoot tracking or performance issues with affiliate accounts and provide technical assistance when required.
  • Check and report on affiliate websites using outdated creative, logos and information
  • Responsible for sending out affiliate links, implementing pixels and regularly testing tracking functionality.
  • Manage player and affiliate complaints on forums.
  • Manage commission payment related send outs.
  • Communicate with inactive affiliates or dormant accounts to reinvigorate those relationships.
  • Review and approve affiliate account applications for the business program.
  • Maintain a detailed portfolio of their own affiliate accounts.
  • Responsible for compiling both weekly and monthly KPI and LTV reports along with daily analysis.
  • Compile regular competitive analysis within the industry.
  • Work with the design team on creative requests and marketing materials.
  • Attend and participate in regular team meetings and calls.
  • Assist in the organization/preparation of company attendance/exposure at industry conferences and expos.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks according to the team’s needs.
Experience & Skills
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience in account management or in the marketing field.
  • Previously experience working in the US market
  • Fluent in reading, writing and speaking the English language.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A strong team player
  • Ability to work independently in a remote situation.
  • Comfortable and knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience with marketing and affiliate platforms is an asset.
  • Ability to constantly learn on the go.
