- Oversee the daily operations of the Japan team.
- Coordinate with the external CRM, VIP, Customer Support, Risk & Fraud team to execute defined marketing plans.
- Monitor and champion the delivery of the established business KPIs.
- Ensure the best customer experience is offered across all communication channels
- Identify and institute opportunities for increased growth and innovation within the business unit
- Champion the marketing and acquisition of new customers to build our brand
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar position within an online casino brand in the Japanese market
- Proven experience in building leading, mentoring, and managing teams for the Japanese market (customer support, telemarketing, and Life Cycle Marketing)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge and proven experience with the Japanese market
- Organized with a focus on own task management with the ability to create the framework for others to work productively
- Fluent in English (verbal/written)
