Responsibilities:

Application support: user permissions, bug/incident/problem management.

Domain management: computers, users (new, close, permissions)
-
Support local and remote branch offices.
-
Providing external support to clients companies.
-
Products: in-house products, 3rd party. First level support and escalation procedures.
-
Servers/db performance.
-
Change management procedures.
-
Application support: user permissions, bug/incident/problem management
-
Monitor the Company’s IT Infrastructure and proactively escalate to respected department.
This position is on a shift basis, set across varying times of the day/week.
Requirements:

2 years’ experience in an IT support environment.

Previous experience in IT Technical writing and documentation is a plus.

Able to perform unit, integration and systems test.

Experience in the administration of Microsoft Active Directory, Account users and e-mailboxes.

Experience with an online gaming company is a plus, but not essential.

Keeping up-to-date on Windows and Linux Desktop OS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of networking concepts.

Strong analytical troubleshooting skills for IT.

Develop technical requirements.

Good awareness of IT data security standards.
