 iGaming company looking for IT Support & Service Desk Operator to be based in Malta.

Responsibilities:

  • Application support: user permissions, bug/incident/problem management.

  • Domain management: computers, users (new, close, permissions)

  • Support local and remote branch offices.

  • Providing external support to clients companies.

  • Products: in-house products, 3rd party. First level support and escalation procedures.

  • Servers/db performance.

  • Change management procedures.

  • Application support: user permissions, bug/incident/problem management

  • Monitor the Company’s IT Infrastructure and proactively escalate to respected department.

This position is on a shift basis, set across varying times of the day/week.

Requirements:

  • 2 years’ experience in an IT support environment.

  • Previous experience in IT Technical writing and documentation is a plus.

  • Able to perform unit, integration and systems test.

  • Experience in the administration of Microsoft Active Directory, Account users and e-mailboxes.

  • Experience with an online gaming company is a plus, but not essential.

  • Keeping up-to-date on Windows and Linux Desktop OS and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of networking concepts.

  • Strong analytical troubleshooting skills for IT.

  • Develop technical requirements.

  • Good awareness of IT data security standards.
