My client, a global payments technology company, is looking for a skilled Integrations Manager to join their team in Colombia or Brazil.
In this role, you will be providing oversight and training to a team of employees to ensure the smooth operations of a company’s technical integrations with their customers. You will be implementing procedures, providing information to other supervisors and management, and generating ideas to help ensure that new customers can quickly & easily integrate to the company systems.
The role is hybrid in Bogota or Sao Paolo.
Main responsibilities

Provides leadership and guidance to the team.

Establishes strong and effective working relationships that are conducive to maintaining a positive work environment.

Inspire high performance through effective goal setting, empowerment, and performance measurements.

Ensure that all daily production requirements and customer experience are satisfactory.

Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to forge mutually beneficial solutions.

Analyse data and trends to provide feedback management to improve processes, functions, training, service, and products.

Manage and coordinate recruitment and training of new team members.
Desired experience and skillset

Strong experience in technical integration & leadership roles.

Good command of English and Spanish.

Knowledge about the payment industry products & technologies

Background in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, C#, SQL, etc)

Project management & process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma, DMAIC, DFSS).

Oriented to employee development with experience in coaching and training.

Strong analytical skills, with an ability to understand complex billing, contractual, and technical issues.
