Position Roles and Objectives

The iGaming Product Manager’s role is to drive online casino and iGaming content through the entire lifecycle – from roadmap to launch, assessment and reporting – by working closely with internal departments and third-party vendors to execute on product and business goals. The employee will have working knowledge of regulatory and reporting processes and communicate status, issues, risks, and decisions to upper management and stakeholders. Internal Reporting Relationships Reports directly to SVP, Product (USA) Delegating Authorities Authorized to delegate to teams.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead iCasino and iGaming content implementation, prioritizing core features based on data, user research, and competitive analysis
• Identify opportunities to drive market share for all online casino and iGaming products.
• Work closely with tech, CX, UI/UX teams and vendors to design and implement a stylish, accessible, and intuitive iCasino product that creates trust with the patron.
• Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and reporting.
• Assist in the creation of unique promotions & CRM Campaigns.
• Work with the developers to make sure new products have updated troubleshooting and support procedures, as well as a support plan for when new work goes to production.
• Execute website edits/FAQs for any changes to our product, policies, or game offerings.
• Work in conjunction with Compliance teams to ensure vendor support teams following AML processes and reporting accordingly. Ensure product complies with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies in each jurisdiction.
• Assist with the strategy of acquiring and retaining high value patrons and cultivate loyalty
• Working knowledge in documenting defects with high level of detail, accuracy, and informative recreation steps in JIRA.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience
• Expertise in what iCasino and iGaming content, product features, and experiences resonate with various online casino demographics.
• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality.
• Understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, as well as payment providers, is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in casino operations, online casino preferred.
• Working knowledge of creating reports, dashboards and/or working knowledge with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
