An established betting and gaming company seek a HR Officer to join the team in their Gibraltar office. You will support the Head of HR and Administration and provide HR services to the Business, as well as promoting an open and approachable HR Team. You’ll be a proactive, efficient team player.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Produce all new-starter documentation.
  • Process and upload all induction meeting paperwork.
  • Management of company database, permit applications, new starters induction and escalation of issues.
  • Assist employees with administrative tasks and issues.
  • Check and sign off paperwork.
  • Process and action any job title changes, banding changes or transfers as per instruction.
  • Assist and process all relevant documentation.
  • Become fully conversant in all company HR related matters.
  • Understand all Company HR procedures and processes
  • Review the Gibraltar hub information and make suggestions for updates/additions to the Gibraltar section
  • Assist with any Employee Relations cases and if required escalate to the Head of Human Resources and Administration
  • Build and manage relationships with internal teams.
  • Manage any long term sickness absence and escalate as per Company Procedure, and conduct any initial maternity meetings and advise accordingly.
  • Assist with the Social Committee and attend meetings.
  • Set up and run employee workshops with regards to HR topics/matters.
  • Assist in developing and training the HR Administrator.
