A software provider for gaming operators of all sizes in regulated markets around the world is looking for a People and Culture Generalist to join their USA team.
As a P&C Generalist, you will be extended hand in the USA and an essential member of our client’s team in localizing all their strategies, ideas, and projects. The role seeks proactiveness, ability to detect and effectively resolve challenges, together with assertiveness and trust. The P&C Generalist will report directly to the VP of People and Culture.
5 to 7 years of experience would be sufficient to make you eligible for this position.
Previously Experience working for a Tech business
You understand well and have a lot of experience in solving labor law issues.
You are excellent at multitasking and coordinating various employee and office related administrative activities.
You truly enjoy working with people.
Building relationships with employees in the USA office is going to be one of your major priorities.
Strong communication skills
You have experience in blending different cultures, and needs and utilizing cultural strengths in the workspace. Mixing various cultures is going to be one of your first challenges you would be tackling.
You know the employment market and how to stand out.
Strong Talent acquisition experience
You are driven by organizing and creating structure and processes
You will help build People and cultural processes from scratch
What they offer:
100k+ $ gross per annum depending on your experience
Ability to build people and culture projects and standards from the ground up and leave your footprint in the organization
Traveling to European and other USA offices a few times per year
