Pentasia are currently recruiting for a HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join our people team in our Malta office. You will be a focal point of contact for our employees and people managers, providing full HR cycle and Recruitment support.

What will you be doing?

HR activities:

· Main point of contact for all HR related issues and queries.

· Guide and support line managers regarding HR related queries, performance management, team management.

· Supporting HR projects across our Group.

· Drive and support internal HR processes, polices and procedures.

· Onboarding new starters in line with company onboarding procedures, ensuring all HR administration and registration is completed.

· Maintain data in HRIS systems (BambooHR) and databases and assure information is available on a timely basis.

· Perform group data changes, and research/report on any data discrepancies.

· Prepare reports in support of HR operations as well as any ad hoc data requests.

· Support work permit applications and relocating new team members.

· Continuously suggesting process improvements to drive efficiency.

Recruitment activities:

· Support our Talent Manager in our recruitment process with a particular focus on pipelining/sourcing efforts (advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviewing) ensuring timely feedback.

· Identifying the right talent with culture & attitude and using sourcing tools to deliver on hiring briefs.

· Maintain data in our ATS system (Team Tailor).

· Ensuring hiring managers receive clear communication in all recruitment related matters.

· Working hands-on with our Talent Manager and hiring managers, to ensure we offer candidates the best possible experience.

· Supporting the wider team with Employee Branding activities

Who are you?

· Proven HR background working in-house in an agile international organisation within the iGaming industry.

· Previous recruitment experience either form an agency background or within an in-house Talent role.

· Knowledge of Maltese employment law and best practice.

· You are an enabler with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English - additional languages a bonus!

· You are a culture carrier who brings positive energy, comfortable with change and can manage workload effectively.

· You are passionate about people with a nurturing approach. You have the ability to build rapport with Employees and Managers, creating trusting relationships.
