Our client is a B2B company which prides itself on thinking B2C and are currently on a quest for a passionate “Head of UX” to join their team to manage, coach and deliver the UX vision for their platform and product portfolio.


  • Work with the CPO to continue to build and maintain your team including recruitment, onboarding and mentoring of new UX team members.
  • Continuously plan and resource UX work with product managers and key stakeholders ensuring the team focuses on the right outcome.
  • Manage the career progression, annual review process, hiring and disciplinary process where needed of the UX resource.
  • Own the UX architecture of the platform, product portfolio, service quality and back office management.
  • Create a shared UX ecosystem to manage multiple clients that is reusable, optimised and ready for localisation.
  • Use customer insights and perform user tests and interviews to inform design decisions via qualitative and quantitative research.


  • Experience in execution of UX or HCI best practices.
  • Proven experience for design tools like Sketch or Figma.
  • Proven experience in designing for responsive web and mobile applications.
  • Ability to translate Data into experience propositions.
  • Experience with UX writing and microcopy.
