- Propose to the company’s management how to plan and implement sales and marketing initiatives. Communicate with the potential clients and lead them throughout the on-boarding journey.
- Build and manage relationships with top executives and influencers within sectors of interest of company in Malta and potentially, in Italy.
- Provide operational support company’s HQ units for attracting and managing new company's clients. Manage client expectations and take ownership of the reported issues.
- Provide operational support for company’s HQ units while servicing existing clients.
- A degree in a relevant field (business administration, marketing, economics or similar). Internationally ranked university would be an advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years’ international experience in B2B sector with a focus on sales, consulting or product/business development within iGaming industry.
- A sense of understanding of the online business industry (including high risk and complex structure companies), payment and transaction trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Italian would be an advantage.
- Strong inter-personal and inter-cultural communication, problem solving and client-facing skills.
- Hard working, systematic and consistent personality; ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Focused and Innovative approach to sales, customer management issues.
