Head of Promotions

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise closely with the Account Management Team and industry partners to develop bespoke promotions and campaigns across key events and markets; 
  • Run and manage the company's network promotions;
  • Ensure to prepare cost estimates for the promotional campaigns;
  • Determine the length and timing of all promotions and measure the effectiveness and optimize where needed;
  • Work in conjunction with the Marketing and Sales Departments to create promotions and enhance promotional messages to customers, also working with account executives to devise ad campaigns;
  • Work with internal marketing teams to ensure all promotional marketing objectives are met;
  • Meet targets in relation to growth and retention based on key performance indicators as set by the Company or Group from time to time (e.g. increase player numbers, bets, revenue and player yield every quarter from previous quarter and reduce player churn every quarter from previous quarter);
  • Liaison with other staff members, sub-contractors and stakeholders as required by the Company;
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports, both technical and administrative, tenders and projects applications as required by the Company;
  • Be the business product owner of all promotional tools and the development of those;
  • In charge of collecting feedback and information from the clients and business regarding what new features and tools to develop;
  • Implement the assigned tasks and day-to-day management.

  • Ability to manage good cross communication with departments (legal department, account managers, product, marketing);
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese.
