Industry leader in the iGaming and sports space is looking for a Head of Customer Experience for their growing interactive division!

Responsibilities:

This Head of Customer (Player) Experience will be tasked will building, leading, executive all things around the Customer Experience division of the company. This Head will design, implement, and manage the operating procedures, while creating KPI's, working and sharing results with senior leadership, and being able to lead large, robust, teams in the digital space!

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience managing mid-sized to large customer support and call center teams 
  • Have worked in a digital business, e-commerce, or large call center environments 
  • Proven ability to develop and execute customer support standard operating procedures 
  • Excellent people management skills and ability to meet deadlines and to work under the pressure of short time constraints 
  • Have a passion for sports, sports betting, and or iGaming!
