Exciting opportunity to join this well-regarded Slots supplier to the global online and mobile markets.

We are looking for the right candidate to support our clients Managing Director and Director of Operations, acting as a Head of Performance, leading the review of all data points within the business to help guide them in future strategic game development, review market trends and operator trends to support the commercial and account management team in maximising revenues for the business.

The role involves the collation, manipulation, and review of data repositories within the business or external sources provided by operators or industry analysts.

The ideal candidate will have previous online gaming commercial and data analysis experience, either working within a supplier to the industry or with an operator and show a detailed knowledge of the revenue chain that operator and suppliers work within.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 3 data analysts providing data and reporting to the business
  • Responsible for any standard reporting to operators (e.g., monthly reporting, ad-hoc reporting) and standard game launch reporting
  • Review all operators regularly to advise account management team any areas of potential growth or content missing from operators’ portfolios
  • Look at data provided from operators to provide competitor performance and ranking reports to Product Design team
  • Consume and manage data from industry insight and analysis companies to allow us to benchmark on operators or against suppliers
  • Review macro data or trends from markets to then allow advise on new product developments or where we should invest more development time in integrations or business development exercises
  • Review promotional campaign performance to see how our tools and games can be maximised with operators
  • Own the relationship with Future Anthem and use the Future Anthem PowerBI platform to increase the information known about games for the Product team and to aid in Quarterly Business Review presentations to operators.  
  • Research new markets and assist in ensuring the company’s initial market entry product is fit for purpose

Skills and Qualifications


  • Strong Microsoft Office and general IT knowledge, specifically with Excel
  • A critical thinker, with an analytical approach to work that can recommend constructive solutions.
  • Structured and organized
  • Good communication skills


  • Have worked in a business or content analysis role/team within the gaming industry
