Our Client is a leading Asian B2B gaming supplier searching for an Operations Director with industry experience. This role is wide-ranging and will require a broad understanding of company processes.
- Run all aspects of the Taipei operations office including customer service, account management, technical integrations and data.
- Set strategic goals and communicate a vision of successful outcomes to staff to ensure workflows remain aligned to business aims.
- Constantly monitor operational flows to ensure the ongoing quality and efficiency of company processes.
- Structure teams and departments and evaluate the performance of staff members.
- Maintain detailed budgets and expenditure tracking for the company.
- Manage relationships with customers and other external partners.
- Gather, analyze and interpret data to improve product performance and internal processes.
- Communicate regularly and transparently with upper management, providing product performance reports, ongoing SWOT analysis, and updates on key operational issues.
- Previously experience in a similar role with a minimum of 5 years background in iGaming. Asia specific experience is highly beneficial.
- Previous experience with B2C operations.
