We are recruiting for a very exciting and growing online Casino business with operations across Europe and Asia.

The Head of Marketing is a new role and will be managing a small team, with the goal being to grow both market share and geographic coverage across Europe, Australia and Canada.

It will be a remote based role with some travel and time spent in their offices in Croatia.

The package will be negotiable for the right candidate.

Main responsibilities:

Take responsibility for the annual marketing plan and strategy including Social Media & SEO.

Lead, develop and grow the current marketing team of comprising of CRM, Operations, and Content

Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives across acquisition and retention

Direct the collection, analysis and interpretation of market and product data for both short- and long-term strategic implementation

Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning in order to devise counter-strategies

Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure mindset.

Track daily, weekly & monthly KPI's to identify opportunities for improvement in performance & regularly report back to the business

Put in place the right cross channel attribution tool so we have a good understanding of the customer user journey

Oversee the planning of all marketing communications

Develop and monitor the brand identity to ensure the correct brand image is always portrayed.

Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels

Personal Skills & Experience

Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ marketing experience with at least 3 years iGaming expertise. 

Significant experience implementing digital strategies including PPC, SEO, Affiliates and Paid Social

Proven success at a management level and exceptional knowledge of the digital marketplace

Experienced at using data to drive the decision-making process

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
