An award-winning leader in the field of online gaming is seeking an experience and motivated Head of Marketing to join their growing organization. My client has a decade of experience in the industry and are dedicated to delivering fully licensed aggregation platform to their clients, while offering high-performance gaming solutions and top-quality services to the marketplace.

This role reports into the COO and this professional will be responsible for building the whole department and its functions, building the marketing team from scratch and executing a compelling and convincing marketing strategy, to improve the market knowledge and position of my client´s company as the number one aggregation platform for the igaming industry.

This will be my client´s first senior hire for their marketing department and are seeking a Head of Marketing who isn’t afraid of a challenge and someone who likes to roll up their selves when it comes to responsibility and action.

Responsibilities of the role:
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategy and marketing plans.
  • Develop the tools and processes needed to monitor the work being done by the Marketing and Communications team and report Marketing performance KPIs.
  • With the support of the Art Director, Product and Sales teams, generate content, both written and audio-visual for dissemination: videos, website content, blog posts, conference presentations, infographics and brochures, always ensuring that the content is tailored to the specific audiences and platforms that we aim to target.
  • Managing the marketing function as a whole (demand generation, PR, branding, web optimization, design, etc.)
  • Conversion focus: You will be responsible for driving massive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition and revenue.
  • Lead and oversee product launches, releases of global marketing activities, social media presence, key customer events and conferences execution.
  • Assist in generating the appropriate content for social media campaigns as well as for press/media pitching.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with other key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Create and maintain a library for our commercial team with sales tools such as case studies, sales elevator pitches, product overviews, brochures, conferences and workshop presentations.
  • Prepare progress reports on results for the COO, also proposing corrective and/or improvement measures.
  • Optimize each marketing touchpoint using data, including top-of-funnel channels like social media and blogging, middle-of-funnel channels like email nurturing, and bottom-of-funnel activities with sales teammates
  • Plan and host online / offline events to deepen relationships with customers and attract local prospects.
  • Empower decision making through in-depth business cases outlining expected impact, required investment and execution roadmap.
  • Collaborate with sales to always improve lead quality & with the Board to guide the acquisition and engagement strategy 
Required qualifications:
  • 5 + years experience working within the Igaming industry or other relevant and related areas.
  • Hands-on mindset and being able to get things done in a structured and detail-oriented way.
  • Proficient in English - must have a high level of English for this role, Spanish is also an advantage. 
  • Strong abilities in digital marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting/selling ideas in this role
  • Advanced level of Hubspot & marketing automation + web related tools
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent people management skills – Ability to engage all stakeholders, from the field to the C-suite.
