A highly regarded business in the i-Gaming sector is looking to hire an experienced Head of HR. The position will report to the COO and be reponsible for one report.
This role is a great opportunity to assist a company with policies/procedures and recommendation/installation of an adequate performance review system that will support a number of requirements and ultimately support the strong growth curve of the business.
Duties will include:
- Set up performance review and 360 feedback systems and architecture
- Set up of onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Organisation planning/reporting lines
- Advising on incentive structures and compensation
- Helping resolve HR issues, complaints etc
- Make sure hiring processes are adequate
- Project -based work as required
