**Head of CRM- London/Gibraltar**
A global leading iGaming business is looking for a Head of CRM to lead and deliver the enterprise wide CRM solution to there land based and digital operations across the UK market.
You will consolidate multiple CRM instances and technologies into a martech platform that supports the delivery of an integrated multichannel CRM solution.
- Lead and develop a team, including Martech and Insights to set best practice on CRM under a single CRM solution and data base.
- Define end to end customer lifecycle journeys (automating where appropriate) across all relevant touchpoints, ensuring close collaboration with brand and performance marketing teams to ensure the customer experience is consistent and intuitive across all channels
- Work closely with channel marketing directors to define the roles and responsibilities of the CRM team ensuring that each member is clear on their place within the wider team and that we are putting the relevant development plans in place to drive best performance from each person according to their ability to contribute.
The ideal candidate will carry an extensive CRM background , a strong knowledge of Digital/Retail Gaming and have experience with omnichannels.
