Our client a leading online media company specialising in the iGaming sector is looking for a individual to run a global team of country managers.
You’ll be leading a team of Country Managers, supervising the strategies for acquiring and retaining customers and orchestrating their continued expansion into new territories.
The Company is growing rapidly so you’ll be used to working in a fast-paced environment which is constantly evolving and innovating, putting their customers at the centre of their universe and always working to their values.
You’ll be responsible for a team of Country Managers who look after the marketing and acquisition of new customers in international markets. You’ll offer guidance and support to help them identify opportunities in the market and recommend actions to secure a leading position in it, building a strong relationship with business partners, media partners and affiliates. You will ensure we have a powerful global network of affiliates who can promote the company brands in the territory, securing a smooth working relationship with all our partners in the market. You will have I-Gaming knowledge across multiple markets and an understanding of how to retain players across territories.
You’ll have overall responsibility for managing budgets and achieving KPI's, including, new & returning players, Player LTV and activity rates, market revenue, profit and share. You will have an overview of all the territories and look at ways to duplicate strategies from one to another and set relevant KPI's to each country manager.
