Our client an award winning online casino with a recently launched sportsbook is looking for a Head of Content and Communications.

The role leads the full gamut of internal and external communications for them, including customer communications, partnerships, media relations and corporate communications. 

The role 

Deliver communications at scale: Elevate the in-house Content function to meet the needs of the evolving organisation to deliver impactful creatives, spanning all media types and servicing all markets and brands, at scale; 

Oversee strategic partnerships and activations: From sponsorships to influencer collaborations, establish strong relationships and leverage deals for brand impact;  Support internal communication strategy: Establish and optimise communication tools and channels and make use of various media types to facilitate the flow of consistent, clear, communication at all levels of the organisation;  

Lead the group’s external communications: Lead proactive corporate communications campaigns, manage media relations and response, financial communications as required, public affairs, awards nominations, crisis communications and impactful executive communications; maintain consistent tone of voice that aligns with their group of brands.  Responsible for process optimisation to ensure delivery of communication material that meets business expectations and SLAs & prioritisation of team tasks, projects and initiatives.

You will have

The ability to seamlessly jump between strategy and hands-on execution; Able to sculpt a narrative with a unique perspective that drives action;  An experienced storyteller with a track record of delivering engaging content for sales, brand-building, education, or inspiration across a plethora of communication channels;

 Able to deliver multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed and quality;  Experience leveraging tools to facilitate content- and campaign-related processes;  Adept in navigating within a highly-regulated industry, with multi-jurisdiction regulatory requirements on consumer communication;  Deep understanding of and experience with social media channels;   Excels in clear, concise and engaging writing and communication;
