  • Leading the affiliate department and drive quality traffic to the brand

  • Act as the Product owner of the affiliate platform

  • Outline effective affiliate acquisition strategies

  • Promote affiliate brand and platform on B2B level
  • Organization of affiliate fairs as exhibitor

  • Responsible of the P&L for affiliate revenues

  • Developing strategic marketing initiatives for key affiliate accounts

  • Planning and executing affiliate campaigns, activities and assist in marketing and sales activities such as events, seminars and conferences among others

  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication

  • Manage relationships with partners, affiliates and providers

  • Strategically evaluating and reporting results of the overall operations regularly and systematically for the affiliation department

  • Advising your team on how to acquire new affiliates and to maintain current accounts

  • Monitor, develop, expand and nurture existing affiliate partnerships

  • Build strong internal networks for collaboration and knowledge transfer with other parts of the company

  • Ensure that the affiliate team is establishing professional working relationships with agencies and key third parties
  • Other Ad-Hoc duties


  • At least 2 years’ experience in this or a similar role

  • Established relationships within the affiliation network
  • Ability to adequately handle clients' demands
  • Ability to negotiate fairly in both clients' and company's interest
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • 'Outside the box' thinker
  • Good problem solver
  • Team Player
  • Ability to work within a multicultural environment 
  • Proficient in MS Office and excellent PC skill
