**Working Hours – A mix of night and day shifts, 50% night and 50% day, weekly roster including weekend and public holidays**
Must possess excellent communication skills at a native level of both German and English (both written & spoken).
Minimum 1 year experience within customer support role. Previous experience within the gaming industry will be considered an asset.
The selected individual will be providing excellent customer service support to clients via chat, phone, and email in German.
