German Native Account Manager
An amazing opportunity has arisen with one of our clients to join the CRM team as an Account Manager and report directly to the Head of Casino. Apart from attending to and resolving customers’ issues, you will also be responsible for increasing customer retention through customer specific campaigns and promotions.
- You must speak German at a native level along with fluent English.
- Have previous experience within a customer support role within the gaming industry.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be an analytical and think outside of the box.
- Excel knowledge will also be required for this opportunity.
- If you have content / CRM / RG / AML and KYC knowledge, it will be considered an asset.
