Dutch & French speaking CRM Assistant
• Driving customer retention/reactivation campaigns for Casino/Sports.
• Managing the CRM execution (newsletters, SMS, push notifications).
• Setting-up and implementing new campaigns/promotions in a fast-paced environment.
• Producing reports, analysing performances and identifying new ways of optimising efficiency and results.
• Updating the website daily (CMS / banners).
• Proficiency in both French and Dutch, written and spoken along with a good command of the English language.
• Good understanding of implementing / managing multi-channel campaigns.
• Must be a team player, possess excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
• Previous experience in online Sports or Casino and a passion for sports would be considered an asset.
