Finnish Native Customer Support Specialist
The selected candidate will be required to work on a shift pattern which would include weekend and holidays however no night shift. Shifts will be based on a rota basis between 8:00 – 1:00.
The client is happy to relocate candidates, with current COVID pandemic, individuals can start remote and then move to Malta when situation settles.
- Handle customer queries through Live Chat and email; Account queries, Bonus inquiries, Complaints, Promotions, Basic Technical support and other various troubleshooting needs.
- Escalating to relevant departments and following up on the resolution
- Assisting customers encountering issues with processing payments and KYC
Skills & Experience:
- Native Finnish and fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
- Customer support experienced - iGaming/Casino highly preferred.
- Strong PC and internet skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong team player
