Finnish Customer Support Agent
Our client is looking for a motivated Finnish Customer Support Agent with excellent soft skills and a positive attitude to ensure player satisfaction. They are a growing company with a young and dynamic team supporting a wide variety of brands.
Main Duties:
- Handling chats in a timely fashion
- Replying to emails in a professional manner
- Showing empathy and appreciation to our customers
- Dealing with complaints and dissatisfied customers
- Working independently and proactively to improve customer satisfaction
Main Requirements:
- Native Finnish language skills alongside good English skills
- Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays. There are 2 shifts (either starting at 9:00 or 16:00, and the selected candidate will work a mix of both)
