Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

 

Business Analysis Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Documenting and communicating the results of team’s efforts.
  • Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Working closely with colleagues, technicians, and managerial staff.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Performing user acceptance testing.
  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
  • Serving as a liaison between technology and business users.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

 

Trader’s Responsibilities:

Trading Services – Pre-Launch activities:

  • Provide (and agree) Trading Strategy including target markets, customer groups and optimum margins.
  • Specialist input to compliancy including individual bet and customer controls
  • Competitive intelligence and modeling of product. Defining business mix and the ‘offer’
  • Definition and production of terms and conditions, betting rules and stipulations to minimize risk and comply with the market’s regulations.
  • Customization of product (to suit revenue share or guaranteed payout %). Sport types, breadth of offer, market types all jurisdictionally specific and aligned to strategy.
  • Provide competitive range of special offers, bonuses and special bets.
  • Provision of, and setup of, comprehensive risk levels to ensure maximization of wagers at acceptable risk.

Ongoing Operations (B2B2C AND B2C)

  • Comprehensive pricing
  • Pre event pricing of Sporting events and matches. Core and derived markets priced to pre-defined margins.
  • Set up and match by match control of leading Sports betting feeds for pre live and live betting.
  • Continually monitor and compare the offer and prices with local and international competitors and adjust as required.
  • Measure and refine the product mix to ensure internal and customer targets are met.
  • Work with Strategic Marketing to instigate and then manage complete end to end process of betting offer production for betting operations
  • Risk management
  • Monitor risk and potential payout on each market, adjusting offer and prices to maximize profitability levels
  • Operate customer profiling (for digital) and Retailer profitability monitoring (for retail) systems to identify and control unprofitable or suspicious activity.
  • Create relationships with and engage in dialogue with legislators and governing bodies on integrity issues

 

Requirements:

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of sport, including American Football, Baseball, Basketball & Ice Hockey gaming and/or sport betting operations
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
