Our client is searching for an organised, attentive and ambitious candidate to join their ranks in beautiful Cyprus as an Ecommerce Verification Officer!
You must have:
Excellent communication skills in English (Written and Spoken)
Be IT literate and competent at using technology.
Be process driven and be able to understand the procedures you need to follow
Have excellent attention to detail
Be a fast learner, especially when it comes to applications and systems
Be ambitious and be hungry to constantly improve
Be able to work on your own and also fit into a supportive team atmosphere.
• Request information surrounding KYC.
• Use keen eye for detail and analyse and crosscheck documents against registered details.
• Compile daily/weekly reports
• Take a proactive approach in account registrations, whether approving or rejecting and also monitoring deposits and withdrawals.
• Gradually input more into the Payments and Risk areas of the department and increase your input into here.
• Conduct competitor research.
