Director of Studio

As Studio Director, you will plan and direct the studio operations as well as manage staff and budget. Your main task is to secure and optimise the functionality of overall operations and all related activities to drive and sustain company growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and operation of the studio, including the set-up and operation of equipment – cameras, audio board, lighting, teleprompter, surveillance system, etc.
  • Lead and train the local management teams of all studio departments – Studio Manager, Facilities, Customer Support and work closely with the HR recruitment and Tech & IT support
  • Formulate all necessary policies and daily workflows to ensure that the operation is effective and efficient, as well as performant in accordance with the internal rules and regulation
  • Maintain infrastructure, studio facilities and existing systems
  • Sustain an effective administrative structure to support the studio’s development strategy
  • Ensure effective guidance to the team and communication of the team’s purpose for all new hires, mainly include game presenters, shufflers and team supervisors
  • Work with Training and Development team to develop training programs required for members to succeed in their future positions
  • Regularly review the processes and the procedures across the studio operation and update as needed to improve overall studios’ performance
  • Prepare reports requested by auditors ensuring that all company procedures are followed and complied with
  • Execute other management tasks assigned by senior management

Required Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:

  • Minimum 5-year experience in senior positions in studio operation field of iGaming industry
  • Proven international perspective
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Business acumen and exemplar work ethics
  • Ability to work within a highly technical environment and leading operational teams to work in a high transactional environment
  • Experienced of working in compliance audit environment, e.g. MGA
