Digital Product Marketing Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who’s interested to step into the world of gaming. Reporting to the Head of Marketing in Asia, he/ she will work with a team of marketing superstars across the globe on the promotion of assets and games on all owned digital platforms.

The Digital Product Marketing Executive role is to assist the wider marketing team in the execution of strategies that builds lasting digital connection with customers and players alike. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all-things marketing and digital. To succeed in this role, he/ she must be highly organized, detailed oriented and possess excellent project management skills. The ideal candidate should also have some knowledge in design software such as Adobe Photoshop.

He/ she will need to be effectively bilingual as the role will require them to work with studios, agencies and teams based globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact for all owned digital platforms
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience for all owned digital and web platforms
  • Work with game and production studios on the coordination (upload and quality-checks) of game marketing assets
  • Manage project timelines for the development of our owned digital assets
  • Provide education and training for all digital marketing tools
  • AMP specialist for the public sharable ‘spaces’ and all other areas of AMP
  • Create ‘a how to guide’ to make sure other staff can pick up in times of holiday or illness
  • Maintain and build relationships with all stakeholders
  • Liaise with game release personnel to understand and clearly define what should be promoted on our digital platforms and when, this will involve understanding the game roadmap
  • Proactively find out what is required from our customers
  • Listen to all feedback and provide ideas for improvements where necessary to keep our digital platforms updated and relevant
  • Collate and provide feedback to the Marketing Manager and team
  • Assist with ad hoc projects from across the business
  • Notify the team if you find something of interest from a competitor or other source
  • Positive can do attitude with all marketing team members, be prepared to take on ad hoc tasks that may arise
  • Devise and run with game demo day enhancements when required
  • International and regional travel may be required (not more than 10%)

Skill Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing or project management role
  • A stellar team player with the ability to interact and engage with various stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of MS office and other digital packages, such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Self-motivated with a genuine desire to deliver well planned customer training and provide consistently high levels of customer service
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Willingness to work to suit customer time zones and events which may take place at weekends and evenings
  • It would be an advantage if the candidate has prior knowledge or experience
