Team up with other teams to lead projects on machine learning, behavioural segmentation and monetization.
Using predictive analytics to predict how users will react to changes in our games.
Build new and maintain existing marketing mix models to continually identify business
needs and drivers to inform strategic decision making and campaign planning.
Deliver on-going player analytics. Really understand the needs and requirements of our
most valuable and engaged players to help shape and improve their game experience.
Additionally, create personas to adapt our Product Marketing strategy.
Engagement, Loyalty & Monetisation: Support and evolve the ongoing measurement and monitoring of player health metrics to ensure we continually deliver a best in class player experience to reduce lapsing and increase advocacy of our player base. Identify pain points and report these accordingly to the right teams to mitigate and improve our players engagement and retention.
Manage data collection sources and the validation process to ensure accuracy and
consistency ensuring models and measurements are robust and built to the highest
standards using consistent techniques.
Assist with cross functional collaboration: Develop strong relationships with internal Data Analytics, Marketing and Product team becoming the go to person for key Marketing and Player Analytics questions (Performance Marketing, CRM, Player Insights, Product, Brand
