Customer Service Manager

Summary:

On behalf of our client, one of the World's leading sportsbook operators, is looking for a Customer Service Manager. The primary objective of the Customer Service Manager is to monitor and manage departmental workload to ensure that the department is delivering impeccable standards of service to customers.

  

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an exceptional level of knowledge of the department’s policies and procedures
  • Monitor and manage the day-to-day operation of the Customer Service Department
  • Coach and develop a team dedicated to improving the customer experience when contacting the company
  • Work with other Managers within the organization to improve internal processes and procedures
  • Propose, develop, and implement new ideas to drive the department forward and improve efficiency whilst maintaining an exceptional level of customer service
  • Review and analyze how customer contacts are handled to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop quality and productivity benchmarks across the Customer Service Department

 

Qualifications:

  • Management experience in a call center environment
  • Ability to manage and grow a customer service team
  • Knowledge of day-to-day customer service department operations
  • Understand the importance of customer service to a company
  • Creative thinking for maximum efficiency
